CoachEye is a sports development platform built for athletes, parents, and coaches in racquet sports. It helps turn training into a more structured, transparent, and effective process — so athletes know what to work on, parents understand how development is progressing, and coaches can manage training with greater clarity and confidence.

For a fast tour of navigation and the four main areas, see Quick start and Interface overview. For key definitions used across the guides, see Core concepts.

Why CoachEye matters

In youth and developing sports, progress depends on more than talent and effort. It depends on structure, consistency, and the quality of guidance around the athlete.

CoachEye helps bring all of that together in one place.

For athletes

CoachEye creates a clearer path for development — with training logs, goal setting, better alignment with the coach, and more ownership over day-to-day progress. The Today area is built around daily execution; Logbook is where history, sessions, and analytics come together for review.

For parents

CoachEye brings visibility into the training process. Instead of only seeing outcomes from the outside, parents can better understand how consistently their child is training, how well coaching tasks are being completed, what progress is being made, and where more support may be needed.

Logbook dashboard with charts and session context — example of progress visibility

Shared access between families and coaches is covered in View and manage shared training logbooks.

For coaches

CoachEye addresses a core challenge in sports development: how to work with multiple athletes at once while still keeping an individualized approach. It helps organize planning, track execution, monitor progress, and manage development for both individuals and teams in a more professional and scalable way.

Weekly structure and templates are documented under Development Plans; on-court workflows connect to Smart Court and Smart Court: Start New Session.

Built for better training

CoachEye helps make training more purposeful and easier to manage — from the daily timeline to drills, routines, and long-term plans.

Athletes can

Day-to-day work lives in Today; adding sessions from the timeline is described in Add a session from Today.

Parents can

Coaches can

Training Hub — drills and catalog, supporting structured methodology

Training Hub is the home for drills, routines, pre-built plans, and training-session catalogs. Usage scenarios walks through end-to-end stories when you need narrative context.

Smarter performance insights

CoachEye goes beyond planning and communication. It also supports performance insight through AI-assisted video analysis.

Analyze workspace — video-based review and tools

That helps users:

See Video Analysis for how projects, analysis, and assist features are organized in the app.

The result is a training process that is not only more organized, but also more measurable and more informed.

One platform for athletes, parents, and coaches

CoachEye creates a shared development environment where everyone stays better aligned.

By bringing planning, communication, progress tracking, training methodology, and performance review into one platform, CoachEye helps make sports development more collaborative, more transparent, and more effective for everyone involved.
